Physicals

DOT Physicals: Certified FMCSA exams ($120*), Follow-ups ($35*).
Pre-Employment / College Physicals: ($100*).
Sports & Camp Physicals: ($60*).

Care When an Office Visit Is Not Needed

Convenient telehealth appointments are available for select services for established patients during our normal business hours. New patients require an initial in-office visit. Please call to inquire if telehealth is suitable for your needs.

Before your visit

Important Policies

Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding.
Lab Fees: Additional fees from external labs (Quest, LabCorp) may apply for bloodwork. Jenks Family Medicine is not responsible for determining insurance coverage for these external lab costs.
Narcotic Prescriptions: For patient safety, we do not prescribe narcotic medications. We are happy to provide referrals to appropriate specialists for pain management or other specific needs.
